RH Hue Compressor
Pure Hue or a Magical hue number, you choose.
This DCTL allows you to precisely define the angle of a given hue by compressing a selected hue and width to your specified region. Make Orange and Apple the same hue or wildly different, all with the RH Hue Compressor. It uses proportional attraction: the further a hue sits from your target, the harder it gets pulled

Distance-Proportional Compression
Compression pulls each pixel proportionally to how far it sits from the target center, straying hues get corrected naturally, without hard boundaries.
Independent Centre Offset Per Vector
Shift the target angle of each vector away from its mathematical nominal. Useful for cameras with known systematic hue bias
Adjustable Range Per Vector
Set how wide the influence zone is for each vector independently. Narrow it for surgical work on a specific color, or widen it to catch a broad sky range.

All hue operations are performed in a max-normalised polar representation of the RGB chromaticity:
