Terms of Service

By accessing the RENDERHUB website, registering a customer account (`/register`), or completing a purchase of any digital product (including DCTL scripts, Look-Up Tables, PowerGrades, or OFX integrations), you enter into a legally binding contract with RenderHub and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Age Requirement: You must be **at least 18 years of age** to create an account, purchase products, or enter into this agreement. By registering or checking out, you expressly represent and warrant that you meet this mandatory age eligibility requirement.

To purchase and manage digital assets on RenderHub, you create a dedicated Studio Portal account linked to your verified email address. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.

Any past orders associated with your registered email address are automatically linked and populated inside your account portal (`/account`). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches involving your account.

All purchases on RenderHub are processed securely via our designated merchant payment gateway, **Razorpay**. We support worldwide digital transactions and accept the following payment instruments:

Prices are displayed on our storefront in applicable currency formats. By completing a transaction, you authorize Razorpay to charge the total order amount (plus any mandatory local digital taxes or financial institution conversion fees) to your selected payment instrument.

Upon successful payment verification, your digital products are delivered via two immediate mechanisms:

1. Email Dispatch: A secure digital download link along with your official receipt is automatically sent to the email address entered during checkout.
2. Studio Portal Access: The purchased items immediately appear under the “My Downloads” and “Licensed Tools” sections of your dashboard (`/account`).

Because RenderHub distributes non-tangible, digital software tools (DCTLs, LUTs, PowerGrades) whose underlying code and mathematical look tables cannot be returned or un-viewed once downloaded, standard purchases are strictly **non-refundable**.

However, we are committed to fair business practices and will review refund requests on a **case-by-case basis** under the following specific circumstances:

All refund requests must be submitted directly to our support desk (`/support`) accompanied by your official Razorpay order ID and specific technical details regarding the claim.

All digital tools, DCTL scripts, LUT files, UI designs, codebases, and mathematical algorithms distributed via RenderHub are the exclusive intellectual property of RenderHub. When you complete a purchase, you do not acquire ownership of the software code; rather, you receive a non-exclusive, single-seat license as explicitly detailed in our End User License Agreement (`/eula`).

Violation of our licensing terms (including unauthorized redistribution, reverse engineering, or multi-seat pooling) constitutes a direct breach of these Terms of Service and will result in immediate termination of account access and revocation of active product licenses without refund.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and intellectual property laws. Any disputes arising out of account usage, digital transactions, or licensing agreements shall be resolved amicably through good-faith arbitration or before competent commercial courts.
